New details about the 2014 BMW Z2 by Car Magazine

Car Magazine sheds some light on the speculations for a BMW Z2 vehicle. The automotive magazine boldly claims that they have gotten more details about the car other than it being a small roadster. The magazine says that Z2’s underlying vision is a small lightweight Z3 roadster will come with a retractable canvas top. Now, we need to figure out if the vehicle will be a FWD, RWD or AWD? The answer to this question would depend on which platform BMW decides to use for the Z2. It can either be put the new UKL1 platform which will be used for the future MINI vehicles and will make it an AWD, or put the car on a new platform which is currently being developed for the future 1 Series Coupe and will surely make it a rear wheel drive vehicle. The same magazine confirms that the Z2 is being conceived as both a roadster and a coupe.
