Photos – AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 6 Series Convertible – 540 hp

AC Schnitzer reveals a second model that will be present at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show: the 2012 BMW 6 Series Convertible. This version will be based on the 650i model. The power output will be increased from the standard 407 hp to 540 hp. This power upgrade is made possible by using a new exhaust system and a re-mapped ECU.

For its aesthetics, the AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 6 Series Convertible features a new body kit including a redesigned front spoiler, a rear skirt protected by a special foil, new brakes with 8-piston high performance calipers on the front axle, 21 inch wheels, and new springs.

For the interior, there is a new steering wheel with airbag, an aluminum cover for the iDrive controller, aluminum pedals, and new floor mats.
