The photos below are the very first glimpses of the MINI Countryman Cooper S with Aero Package, taken in the BMW Wind Tunnel in Munich. Based on these photos, it looks like the Countryman Cooper S is more aggressive with its front-end and rear-end bumpers. This also has custom black-painted wheels coupled with lowered suspension.
The Cooper’s 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine will provide excellent fuel efficiency and performance. Valvetronic technology will be used in its valve timing and lift. A twin-scroll turbocharger and direct fuel injection will also be used by the Cooper S. Both Cooper and Cooper S will also be available with a six-speed automatic transmission complete with manual control.
