The biggest upgrade to the BMW iDrive Navigation System was unveiled earlier this year together with a wide range of hardware and software upgrades that allows people to interact with the navigation system in their cars. First made available to the Chinese market, the iDrive Touch will also be available in July 2013 for BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce vehicles. This will add a lot of convenient functions including handwriting recognition, navigating in maps, and a movable and clickable mouse pointer while surfing the internet. The multi-touch screen measures 45 mm wide and will be a very interesting feature to see in the BMW fleet.
