All BMW.SG members are invited to attend the “My Singapore 2013: Shine Singapore Charity Fund Raising Concert†in celebration of this year’s National Day. The objective of the concert is to help a local children’s charity and support Singaporean Music & Arts. Proceeds of the event will go to its official beneficiary focusing on underprivileged children, The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.
The concert is a part of Singaporean singer/songwriter Lorraine Tan’s initiative entitled “My Singapore†– a meaningful movement and creative effort to inspire and bring people together to contribute to the less fortunate by supporting the local music industry.
The Presenting Charity Sponsor of ‘My Singapore 2013: Shine Singapore’ – Charity Fund Raising Concert is CapitaLand Hope Foundation, marking their sixth year of donation to the charity. The event is organised and led by Dr SM Yuen, medical director of Atlas Medical ~ Laser & Aesthetics Clinic and a member of the BMW.SG community. Members of the organizing committee include fellow community members – BMW.SG Admin Shawn ‘Racebred’ Peh, together with Co-Founder Ryan Chua.
As we celebrate Singapore’s 48th National Day, everyone is encouraged to do our part by reaching out to the less fortunate young Singaporeans among us.
