The super sporty 2013 BMW M6 Coupe is pitted against the Ferrari 458 Italia supercar in a drag race where it the M6 dominates the competitor.

The 2013 BMW M6 Coupe is powered by the high-revving 4.4-liter V8 engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology, consisting of Twin Scroll Twin Turbo technology, cross-bank exhaust manifold, High Precision Direct Petrol Injection and VALVETRONIC fully variable valve control. The cars deliver 560 hp at 6,000 – 7,000 rpm and maximum torque of 680 Newton meters (502 lb-ft) from 1,500 rpm. Curb weight it 4255 lbs.

The Ferrari 458 Italia comes with a direct-injected 4.5-liter V8 cranks out 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm (125 horsepower per liter, a record for naturally-aspirated piston engines). Torque is rated at 398 lb-ft at 6,000 rpm, 80 percent of which is available from 3,250 rpm. Curb weight is 3042 lbs.
