Technically, the M4 Coupe should be the faster one, with its 425 hp and 500 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque from a 3.0 liter inline-six turbocharged engine. The E90 M3 on the other hand has an award-winning 4.0 liter V8 engine with 414hp and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm). The new M4 Coupe also weighs nearly 200 kilograms less than the E90 M3, so if you add the higher power and lower weight, the M4 should have no problem smoking the M3 on the strip. But does it win?
