BMW Festival and BMW Festival night this year will be held to celebrate the 100th year of BMW AG being founded. It’s a pretty big deal for the automaker, and so many beautiful and powerful cars have been made and sold since then. BMW is currently having their NEXT 100 YEARS program with events happening in different countries to celebrate this centenary and this will be the main even of it all.
BMW is already expecting a full house. The event will be hosted in the Munich Olympic Park, in the city where BMW was born. Some events will also be held in the BMW Museum and the BMW Welt. Thousands of BMW enthusiasts are expected to arrive from September 9-11 to celebrate the BMW Festival.
During the day, the BMW Festival has a lot in store for those who will come to Munich for the event. They have prepared a showcase of BMW M, BMW i, BMW Motorrad and BMW Lifestyle products in a total of 110,000 square meters of venue. It will show the past, the present, and give a sneak peek at the future of the BMW brand. The goal is to complete fascinate the crowd with new and classic vehicles. During the BMW Festival Night on September 9 and 10, there will be a presentation of BMW’s story and a showcase of legendary vehicles and motorcycles. Various world class musical groups will be performing such as the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, and more.
