Dan Prosser from EVO Magazine took the time to get behind the wheel of a BMW M4 GTS and reviews it. He wanted to find out if its worth paying twice the price of a regular BMW M4 for a GTS one. This is also the question that possible buyers may also be thinking of. Is it really worth it?
The drive was smooth and it definitely is easier to ride because of the lightweight materials used in the vehicle. It is more agile and it gives very strong ground. It is responsive and steers well.
For the interior, it features bucket seats, harnesses and suede-trimmed steering wheel the chassis upgrades give the GTS much of the precision and immediacy of a competition car. It feels a world apart from the standard M4.
In the end, EVO magazine admitted that paying the premium price is worth it because it is a genuinely thrilling car. They give this car a 5 star. It is this generation’s ultimate race car. Some of the features include improved dynamics and louder sounds.
However, they also highlight that the engine could have been better if it was more intense. It felt that it it lacked the intensity needed at some points. Nonetheless, the BMW M4 GTS is the fastest production BMW ever. It is capable of delivering 190mph top speed and can beat every other car in the current BMW line up. BMW quotes a 0-62mph time of 3.8 seconds only.
