The upcoming 2018 BMW G01 X3 was spotted on the Nurburgring track earlier this week, a sign that BMW is trying really hard to bring out the new X3 model on time. The production of the current X3 will end in a year, so there’s enough time to carefully do the tests and develop a worthy successor.
As it can be seen in the video, the car is still in an early prototype stage. It’s wearing the well-known camouflage so we can’t see all the details just yet. What we do know as that the new X3 will be built on the CLAR platform and be quite similar with the current 7 series.
