BMW 8 Series Rumors Confirmed?

We might have another proof that the rumored BMW 8 Series is actually happening. According to AutoBild, BMW has already started the work on the new model based on the Vision Future Luxury concept. It will be a luxury car, listed between the BMW’s 7 Series and Rolls-Royce vehicles.

A big reason why the Bavarians are deciding to move along with the plans for the 8 Series is the Mercedes-Benz Maybach reveal, scheduled for this week.

After we see the final design and performance of the Maybach, we will be able to tell with more certainty if the 8 Series is BMW’s plan to release a Maybach’s competitor.
