Carfection reviews the new BMW G30 5 Series and think that is is both appealing and awesome! This review is based on the the test drive event in Portugal where select automobile journalists were invited to experience what this car has to offer.
This video shows the BMW 5 Series in action. Even with the beautiful Portuguese coast line in the background, the 5 Series still looks more appealing. It has big kidney grille surrounds combined with the M Sport package that completes the look.
For the interior, it is very similar to the 7 Series. It has the new iDrive system which incorporates Gesture Control as well as touch screen compatibility.
The driving is what sets this car apart. It offers a comfortable, smooth, fun, dynamic, and exciting drive. Going to work? The smooth and comfortable suspension, even in Sport and Sport Plus modes, the new 540i M Sport is a good car for this purpose. Off for a long drive? The 5 Series can turn into an exciting and dynamic sport sedan. It is the best of both worlds!
