BMW to expand its high-end luxury offerings?

In the recent months, BMW has been focused on getting the lead in the luxury car game. There were already reports of the German automaker working on an X7 SUV and an 8 Series. BMW to expand its high-end luxury offerings?

If this is true, the market will be seeing more upscale BMW 7 Series and 8 Series models. This is definitely a possibility. BMW can certainly extend the bespoke customisation outside the Rolls Royce lineup easily.

The BMW X7 for example, will be a four seater only, to offer a more luxurious experience for the passengers. Instead of seating another person in the middle of the rear, there will be an armrest for added comfort. The armrest will be loaded with lots of technology too, to keep the passengers entertained.

No official word has been given by BMW so take this with a grain of salt for now.
