BMW will give the M4 a power upgrade in 2017

BMW knows it is about time that the M4 gets a facelift. In 2017, the facelift will happen and it will be packaged as a 2018 model year car. Aside from visually obvious changes, there will also be a power upgrade. It will still be powered by the S55 3.0 liter six-cylinder engine, but instead of the 425 hp (431 PS in Europe), the facelifted M4 will now deliver 450 horsepower. That’s almost the same as the M4 with the optional Competition Package, without the extra cost!

The recent spy photos have showed the facelifted M4 with a new set of headlights and taillight, M Performance spoiler, OLED taillights, and Competition Package 20″ Style 666M wheels.

The price may increase due to the upgrades, but BMW will surely try to make something that will be worth what you pay for.
