BMW 3 Series GT Rumor on Headlight Design

New rumors about the BMW 3 Series GT are spreading. It has been rumored that this vehicle will be an entirely separate model from the 5 Series Gran Turismo though they will share the same philosophy. The difference will be on the dynamics and performance emphasis, not on space and luxury.

BMW insider named Scott27 now says that the front end of the 3 Series GT will be similar to the 5 Series GT, except the headlights will turn upwards at the corners. The overall shape is rumored to be angular and flattering. A high belt line will wrap around the car, making it low and sleek.

This BMW insider says “think of the CS Concept shrunk down for the premium entry segment and you get the BMW 3er Gran Turismo.” He also says that this vehicle is referred to internally as the “Progressive Activity Coupe.”
