[Video] A full review of the new BMW M440i xDrive

The new BMW M440i xDrive is one of the new BMW 4 Series collections today. A lot of first reviews, in fact, are already starting to show up. It escalated even more with the lifted ban on driving impressions. As a result, we are finally witnessing the review of BMW’s frontline model. In this video, Mat Watson from CarWow gives us a sight of the new BMW M440i xDrive.

The good part about this video is that it is very detailed. Thus, it will probably give you everything you want to know about this model. It’s really a great deal knowing that most videos recently just give us drag races and not much of a use when knowing a car’s daily capability. As for CarWow, they can give us this through Mat – one who knows his stuff. From the exterior design to the interior features, he never misses out on the technology and interior space and all its purposes. The headroom and legroom, for instance, are also part of his review which is very nice.

A standard part of his reviews includes the “five annoying things” about a car he reviews. For the M440i xDrive, this includes the integrated headrests that cover the view of those sitting at the back. The small wireless charging pad is also part of the list. Another annoying thing for Mat is the fact that you can only gain a lumbar support for the seats if you include a more expensive package. There are also good things that Mat highlights in the review. This includes the frameless windows and the stronger and lower suspension. The seat belt arm is also a plus for the M440i xDrive as it hands you the safety belt easily.

As expected, CarWow also did an acceleration test. Obviously, the M440i performs nicely with 374 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. From zero to 60 mph, BMW claims that its M Performance model can reach this in just 4.5 seconds. During the review, Mat hit it in just 3.9 seconds though.
