[Video] The BMW M8 F93 Cabrio Gets a G-Power Upgrade

The BMW M8 gains an upgrade from the G-Power team and it’s a set of some amazing kits just for the newest M models. The G8M Bi-Turbo also joins the BMW M8 with the upgrades that make them more beastly. According to BMW, the G8M can produce 770 horsepower. However, this evidently changes when the cars are sent to a local dyno.

A wide range of numbers in your readout will typically show up when you dyno a car. The numbers provided by your car’s manufacturer would also usually differ from these numbers. The age of the car and its transmission efficiency are some of the possible factors that provide these results in the end. Generally, the power produced by your engine and what really reaches the ground through the wheels would differ from about 10 to 20 percent.

However, it’s a different case for the G-Power team’s experience in this video. The team shows a BMW M8 on the dyno equipped with a GP-770 kit. The G-Power team expects a great increase in power. From a 625 horsepower, the team expects it to produce 770 horsepower as its name suggests. However, a readout of more than 806 horsepower and 924 Nm of torque is the actual result as shown on the dyno.

The BMW M8 was immediately turned into a supercar with these unbelievable numbers. Believe it or not, the results will speak for themselves. Especially with the witnessed drag race with 800hp F9x M Models against authentic supercars. If you would try to find a better option in upgrading your current-generation S63 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8, it would be very challenging right now. There will be some challenges to face when it comes to hardware changes. Nevertheless, it would be possible and easy to fit an 800 hp out of that machine.
