It has been months since the BMW i4 Gran Coupe has launched. This BMW i4 Gran Coupe came from BMW’s 4 Series and is in rivalry with the Tesla Model 3. Many fans and car enthusiasts know BMW for its quality production and name. However, its ensured quality over time leads to high expectations. BMW mentions the i4 M50 that could probably be the top-end i4 model. However, some sources say that there are two other models, with one in a rear-wheel-drive setup. The BWM i4 model line comes with driving ranges of up to 590 km (WLPT) and up to 300 miles (EPA). It comes with a power output of up to 530 horsepower that reaches speeds from zero to 100 km/h within 4 seconds.

There is no naming convention and complete details as of now. Yet, BMW mentions that there will be three available power versions of the i4. The eDrive35 and eDrive40, both in exclusive rear-wheel drive, and the high-end M50, available exclusively with xDrive and specific M performance individualization. The eDrive35 and eDrive40 models have lower outputs and slightly reduced all-electric range, lower than i4 M50 ranging from 450 km to 500 km).

This BMW i4 coated with white paint comes with blue accents as a reference to its electric drive. BMW i4’s aero-optimized wheels and flushed door handles work to reduce drag. It is presumed to see the same curved display similar to BMW iX’s interior. Probably, these features will come in the standard for premium i4 models, like the M50. The BMW i4 will also be adopting the new BMW iDrive8 infotainment system on its large-curved display. Many expect significant progress in the connection it brings between the driver and the vehicle over time.

There is no price available for now. Yet, it is expected that the top i4 M50 model will range up to $70,000 in the United States.
