[Video] Watch how this Manhart BMW M8 break to a record 311 km/h

Known for its powerful and otherworldly fast action, the Manhart MH800 (M8) is arguably the pinnacle of high-performance BMW in the world. It sits under the Manhart project, which was produced just recently. It is a BMW M8 Coupe tuned to deliver a whopping 823 horsepower and 774 lb-ft of torque. Along with that is a set of visual upgrades, including a ton of carbon fiber aero and a black/gold paint job. Initially, the BMW M8 carries an S63 twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine making 617 horsepower.

The MH800 can also sprint off from 0-60 mph in just 2.6 seconds, a few tenths off of what the standard BMW M8 can do, as reported by Manhart. But, quite frankly, we can hardly coax more performance out of any car. However, after 100 mph, that’s where it really proves its greatness. And with the optional M Driver’s package, it unlocks the top speed to 190 mph.

There’s more to the Manhart MH800 tuning package – a remapped engine with upgraded turbochargers and larger intercoolers. While the transmission also received some tuning, with stiffer suspension as well. It also includes a more extensive brake system to tame its power. Without a doubt, its mighty power comes best translated by a louder exhaust system.

Click the play button now and see how the MH800 top speed is broken to a record 193 mph or 311 km/h. An actual unearthly performance, even though a bit dangerous on normal public roads. Yet pretty fantastic to drive on the Autobahn.
