BMW M135i Urban Green Shows Off M Performance Parts

BMW will produce a fully outfitted version of the existing hot hatch for the Essen Motor Show in 2022. The most powerful 1 Series ever made with M Performance Parts to match the new M2 and M3 Touring on display. The M135i xDrive, in Urban Green with M Performance Parts, has been on sale since the middle of 2019. BMW supplies wheel bags to protect and transport the 1er’s 18-inch forged wheels with a matte Jet Black finish and Y-spoke design (554M). The BMW 1 Series can have carbon fiber mirror covers, a rear diffuser, and an exhaust tip finisher.

The frontal canards and splitter, in addition to the rear spoiler, are particularly notable. The M135i may be retrofitted with a kidney grille featuring a mesh design for a more athletic appearance. BMW Motorsport vintage badges were also added to the Essen display vehicle in honour of the M division’s upcoming 50th anniversary. As a final touch, the “M135i” emblem on the outside has been covered in black.

Many M Performance add-ons, like in the two M cars we described initially. BMW upholstered the interior with a mix of Alcantara, carbon fibre, and leather. For instance, the carbon fibre used for the steering wheel’s trim has been used to finish the paddles used to change gears. You may also get plush velvet mats for your floors for a fee.

BMW updated the M135i’s suspension a year ago, well before its LCI in 2023. The Frozen Orange Metallic and the Frozen Pure Grey paint treatments were done simultaneously on the peppy little compact hatchback. The 2019 refresh adds quad exhaust outlets, an upgraded iDrive 8, and a more potent B48 engine.
