This month, BMW will provide a technical update for the M135i xDrive hatchback. The upgrade begins with the retuning of springs and dampers, a fine-tuned chassis, and improved soundtracks. The BMW M135i xDrive’s camber settings are raised to better absorb lateral pressure during acceleration in corners.
In addition, with a new hydro mount and the transverse and longitudinal control arm mounts revised, the control arms of the front axle are now fixed. At the same time, BMW recalibrated its spring and damping systems. As a result, rolling behaviour in curves has improved significantly.
The model also gets a fine-tuned sound exhaust. BMW develops a new sound composition specifically for this model, though the model has already impressive acoustics.
Other colours include M paint Sao Paulo Yellow non-metallic, Frozen Orange metallic and Frozen Pure Gray finishes. These colours best suit the BMW M135i xDrive, depending on the owners’ preference. The BMW Leipzig plant now offers a BMW Individual paint finish for the 1 Series family, including the BMW M135i xDrive.
