The BMW X6 M50d Sports Activity Coupe was showcased in Paris Motor Show 2012. It is powered by BMW’s first tri-turbo diesel, the X6 M50d produces 280 kW/381 hp and peak torque of 740 Newton meters (546 lb-ft). The engine itself is a state of art with a third electric turbocharger that not only reduces lag, but also provides greater fuel efficiency at 7.5 liters per 100 kilometers (37.7 mpg imp) and 7.7 l/100 km (36.7 mpg imp) respectively in the EU test cycle. BMW X6 M50d races to 100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h (155mph).
