BMW i3 Shines on Autocross

Autocross challenges are mostly meant for the more powerful vehicles, but nobody said the BMW i3 can’t be the part of the fun. The car proved it’s quite good and reliable for an electric vehicle.

The video above shows how the electric engine acts in these unusual conditions, when the motor is in action under full load. The motor is a hybrid and delivers 170 HP and 184 lb-ft of torque. It is capable of running between 130 – 160 km on electricity before you need a recharge.
