BMW i8 had its photoshoot in Seville, Spain last week.
Though two years have passed since the unveiling of this hybrid sportscar, it’s still one of the most attractive vehicles you can see on any road. It certainly turned a lot of heads in Seville.
In terms of technology used, the i8 stands right next to $1.000.000 vehicles. Most of the parts are made of carbon fiber and it features an all-wheel drive and mid-engine.
The plug-in hybrid system used in making the BMW i8 has a turbocharged 3-cylinder TwinPower Turbo petrol engine. The car also uses the BMW eDrive technology and has an electric drive system.
The i8’s power in no joke. With 362 HP and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque, it goes from 0-100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds.
