BMWBLOG Podcast guest Kyle Connor from Out of Spec Studios talks about different electric vehicles in the latest edition. The focus of this episode is the new BMW iX, which Kyle recently got to drive and was very impressed with.
As a BMW enthusiast, Kyle has owned a number of petrol-powered Bimmers in the past. For everyday use, he has owned three BMW i3s and would love to get another if the price and features were right. The iX, on the other hand, is the subject we were most interested in.
It was important that we hear his thoughts on the iX from a member of the US media who has driven it here in the United States. The BMW iX xDrive50 he drove had a twin engine system with 516 horsepower and 564 hp. He spent his time admiring the performance and style of the vehicle, and he seemed to like the vehicle itself. Even if you do not like the aesthetics of the iX, it seems to be a car that will impress anyone who gets behind the wheel. If you can overlook its unconventional exterior, the iX promises to be a great pleasure.
Kyle was also present at CES 2022 to see the brand’s latest colour-changing technology, E Ink, in action in the BMW iX Flow. The BMW iX Flow not only had the best presentation of all the cars at CES, but its technology astounded everyone. BMW also unveiled a rear-seat entertainment system at CES that will likely be used in the new 7 Series.
