The EAS played around a bit and now we have before us the BMW i8 in Crystal White Pearl Metallic color with some Frozen Gray Accents.
BMW i8 is probably as close to perfect as cars get today. It’s hybrid and you save a lot on fuel in a long term. On top of everything, it looks magnificent.
Not that the basic price is low – the i8 starts at $140,700, but you really get what you’ve paid for. It uses a combination of electric and petrol engines and it’s an all-wheel drive. The 1.5-liter TwinPower Turbo engine is good for 231 HP while the electric one adds another 131 HP. The all-electric range is up to 35 km, and the top speed it develops is 120 km/h. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes only 4.2 seconds.
