BMW engineers are working hard and simultaneously testing several new models at the Nurburgring. We’ve already seen the new BMW M5 testing, but here’s another one. The upcoming high-performance sedan will hit the market soon(ish), so it’s been on the track more than once already.
The F90 M5 might not be as great as we expect, seeing that it leans a bit while speeding into corners. Still, we’ll give it the benefit of the doubt, as it’s too soon to give the final decision and they might improve it further based on these initial tests. BMW will go hard on aluminium and CFRP, decreasing the weight of the car significantly.
Besides the weight loss, the new M5 should have better power output, reaching estimated 600 HP. It will feature an all-wheel drive, though we don’t know yet if it will be the standard or optional feature.
