[Video] The 2021 BMW 128ti Spotted at the Nurburgring

The highly anticipated 128ti is one of the more compelling new cars to come from BMW. This front-wheel-drive hatchback is a very new type of BMW with its automatic gearbox, four-cylinder engine, and transverse engine. However, it also displays an old-school character. It shows off as a purer, lighter, and simpler version of the BMW 1 Series. Hence, this new BMW 128ti aims to entertain you with its fun features more than its performance. Its old-school spirit matches the new mechanics provided by BMW.

This new video features the 2021 BMW 128ti. At the Nurburgring, the 128ti gives us a fresh experience even though it has already been launched for a while now.

With 261 horsepower and 295 Nm of torque, the new BMW 128ti is not that exciting for some. However, it is definitely better than the 302-horsepowered and all-wheel drive BMW M135i. The M135i is more complex and heavier even though it’s faster, thus making it less more fun.

It’s a more fun experience with the BMW 128ti, though, with its lighter weight. Also, it has all same brakes, chassis, and suspension upgrades as the M135i, matched a more traditional hatchback layout. Its gained recalibration gives you a better feel when driving.

You might think that this new BMW 128ti is definitely not a show-off. But with its performance hidden, it might become one of the more exciting small Bimmers on the market. And most importantly, another treasure from the 1 Series lineup.
