A limited edition vehicle is announced exclusively for the Japanese market: the 5 Series Exclusive Sport Edition available in both the Sedan and Touring variants. There will only be 300 units produced. The vehicle will have two turbocharged engines with the same 2.0 liter displacement in both petrol and diesel (523i and 523d). It also features 19 inch alloy wheels, M Steering wheel, contoured sport seats, aggressive M Sport package, Head-Up display, and an “Exclusive Sport†plaque over the dashboard. Customers can choose between white or carbon black with Cinnamon Brown Leather trim. The BMW 5 Series Exclusive Sport has a starting price of 7,190,000 yen ($72,000).
