BMW recently organized a photo shoot in France to celebrate the launch of the 7 Series G70 in Poland. The shoot featured a 740d Aventurine Red car, complete with the M Sport Package and 21-inch wheels, an electric i7 xDrive60 in a two-tone Aventurine Red and Sapphire Black paint job. The fully electric sedan also had a blacked-out kidney grille and predominantly black alloy wheels for a sleek, dark look.
The 7 Series offers a level of customization never seen in the luxury sedan, including the option for a cashmere wool interior and Swarovski crystals in the LED daytime running lights. The G70 is also bigger than previous models, with a wheelbase measuring 3,215 millimeters.
BMW’s high-performance subsidiary ALPINA has ruled out creating a new B7 based on the latest 7 Series, but that could change since ALPINA will become a member of the BMW Group in 2025.
In the meantime, buyers looking for a sportier 7 Series can opt for the M760e plug-in hybrid or the upcoming i7 M70, which will have over 600 horsepower.
