Around this time last year, the automotive world buzzed about the new BMW M2, ‘baby-M’. This winter, the BMW F10 5 Series is among the most popular cars made by the Bavarians and it deserved this gorgeous photoshoot in sunny Portugal.
The 6th generation of the 5 Series was first introduced in 2010. It exceeded all the expectations and became the most successful 5 Series ever. Jacek Fröhlich worked on its design for a full year, from 2005 to 2006. Compared to its predecessor, the E60, it had a different rear-end styling and had a more aggressive upright split kidney grille.
However, not everybody loved the F10 from the very beginning. While many praised its design, interior, ride quality, and technology, the flaws included the weight, driving dynamics, and a dose of dullness.
Just before we meet the new G30 5 Series, let’s check out this photoshoot of the F10, shot in Portugal.
