As seen in these track photos, one of BMW’s current favourite colours, Brooklyn Grey, adds a unique touch to the new BMW M2. The shade stands out among other greys, bringing character and style to the vehicle.
These images were taken for BMW Belux at the Petrolhead Trackday in November at the Circuit Zolder. The vehicle in question was an early-model M2 with a six-speed manual transmission rather than an eight-speed automatic. Fortunately, the G87 BMW M2 produces the same power regardless of your selected transmission. Consequently, this pre-pro vehicle has 453 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. Naturally, the rear wheels receive all of this.
The BMW M2 will be produced at the San Luis Potosi plant in Mexico and will arrive at dealerships next year. While the M2 has fewer colour options than the M3 and M4, Brooklyn Grey is a standout choice that changes appearance in different lighting conditions. It can appear white in bright light and almost charcoal in darker lights, making it a versatile option. The colour also enhances the M2’s lines, highlighting its best features.
