BMW M has been partnering with MotoGP since 1999, and each year the fastest qualifier receives a car. Fabio Quartararo won an M5 CS in 2021 and an M2 CS in the previous two seasons. Marc Márquez won the championship seven years before him. Winning an X4 M Competition, M3 CS, M4 CS, M2, M6 Convertible, M4 and an M6 Coupe.

With BMW set to refresh the smallest car in the M range in the next few months, enthusiasts feel next year’s car will be the new M2 Coupé.
