Launched in Brazil a few months ago, BMW’s second-gen M2 now sports a range of M Performance Parts for added flair. The Toronto Red car from the launch video hits the track in Sao Paulo, showcasing a sleeker profile with side spats, decals, and subtle carbon fibre touches.
Notable in the M Performance catalogue is the new centre-lock wheel, a 19-inch front and 20-inch rear lightweight forged addition available for various M models.
Looking ahead, BMW has ambitious plans for the M2’s future. The much-anticipated M2 CS is on the horizon, featuring a CSL-esque ducktail spoiler. Individual colours, starting with Frozen Pure Grey and Frozen Portimao Blue, add a personalized touch.
Rumours hint at the M2’s production continuing until 2029, allowing for ongoing improvements, including a potential shift to xDrive by 2026. BMW’s M2 is on a direct path to evolution, delivering both enhanced performance and aesthetics for sports coupe enthusiasts.
