[Video] A Top Speed Run with the new BMW M135i

Check out this top speed run video if the new BMW M135i courtesy of AutoTopNL. It gives competitors a proper run for their money with its powerful, 2-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine which is crazy fast real life. The 306 PS and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque are sent to the wheels through an 8-speed Aisin gearbox and the xDrive all-wheel-drive system. This allows a smooth launch and speeding up for the BMW M135i xDrive. BMW says that the car will do 100 km/h (62 mph) from standstill in 4.8 seconds and go up to a top speed that has been limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). This video shows even faster numbers: The 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 4.68 seconds in the first run, while the second run shows a time of 4.84 seconds and a bit of wheelspin when changing from 1st to second! Nevertheless, the sprint to 250 km/h (155 mph) is rather impressive. Reaching 200 km/h (124 mph) takes under 20 seconds (19.17 seconds to be more precise) while reaching max velocity takes almost 40 seconds (39,86 seconds). Now, who wouldn’t be excited to drive this baby?
