The BMW M2 has got numerous high-profile companies creating aftermarket parts that enhances the new sporty coupe’s look. IND Distribution has released a few M2 aftermarket performance and aero parts in the past months. In the effort to ensure that they released only high quality products, they have been working with partners such as Eventuri, a manufacturer of aftermarket intake products. The product is a new BMW M2 carbon fiber air intake system.
Eventuri has years of experience in manufacturing high quality air flow components. They use an approach the focuses on function optimization and attention to detail. The company also worked with BMW performance and tuning throughout the UK.
This BMW M2 intake is able to hit many birds in one stone. It routes a front-facing air intake scoop directly into the M2’s air filter. It also addresses a tough OE BMW packaging arrangement that positions the breather tube and MAF housing quite near to one another. The unique design of the MAF box creates very little interference with airflow.
The IND Distribution and Eventuri intakes are also made from Carbon Fiber so it looks good while providing a low-level of thermal conductivity that maintains a smooth flow of cold air toward the engine. As a result, performance does increase.
