Video: BMW M4 GTS Driven Hard by Bill Auberlen

Car and Driver has recently held their annual Lightning Lap competition. The event was held at the Virginia International Raceway and two BMWs participated there. See this BMW M4 GTS driven hard by Bill Auberlen, a professional race car driver with 20 years of experience racing on different tracks around the world.

Auberlen wanted to do this because he wants to show the magazine that this car can be driven well and there is no need to fear it. However, it still requires a very high level of driving skills and experience to do so.

No official lap time was recorded. It was just pure fun! It is also quite unfortunate that we didn’t get an official lap time with Bill behind the wheel.
