The Porsche Taycan Turbo S is undoubtedly a league of its own. Clearly, nothing seems to come close to its performance. Well, Model S was not really good on zigzag roads. However, the Taycan can still win against high performing sport sedans. Nevertheless, the recent comparison shows how BMW M5 defeats Tesla Model S, Polestar 1, and even the Porsche Taycan.
This comparison from Car Magazine may appear disadvantageous for the M5 Comp. First of all, it is powered with internal combustion – alone. Second, it is the least powerful one with only 617 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. The Polestar, though geared with a gas engine, has three electric motors. In addition, it also has some batteries. The real specs of these incredible cars were not specified but let’s take a quick look at it.
Polestar 1 runs with a 601 horsepower but with more torque of 738 lb-ft. On the other hand, the Porsche Taycan Turbo S has a 751 horsepower. And lastly, the Model S Raven has a whopping 785 horsepower, topping the list. Nevertheless, it is already a fact that these are literal rockets on the road.
