BMW has just released a new video featuring a BMW M6 GTLM, as another part of the ‘100 Years’ celebration.
If you’ve not already heard that this is the year when BMW is celebrating their 100th anniversary, you’ve probably been living under a rock. The Bavarians took marketing this occasion very seriously, so the stories are everywhere, among fans and non-fans.
The M6 GTLM is a car with great racing abilities and it confidently replaces the BMW Z4 GTML. It runs on a 4.4-liter V8 turbocharged engine and provides up to 585 HP.
Jens Marquardt, the BMW Motorsport Director, said:
The BMW M6 GTLM has all the essential ingredients to be competitive and thrill fans in the USA and Canada from the word go. Many of our customers and fans in North America are also BMW M enthusiasts. That makes it all the nicer to be able to field another car from our sportiest line of products, in the form of the BMW M6 GTLM.
