The guys from Top Speed created the render of the new, upcoming BMW X3 M.
The await of the sporty midsize SUV is close to an end, as the new X3 M will finally come in 2018. Several days earlier, the prototype of this model was seen on the testing in Germany. Top Speed used the spy shots from the testing to create a render of the new BMW model.
What’s clear from the rendering is that the exterior will be typical for the M model, with chunky front and rear bumpers and big front air intakes. The X3 M will come with wide wheels, usually used on M models.
Compared to the older model, the new X3 will shed nearly 100 kgs, gaining better stance.
Our guess is that it will use a 3.0-liter inline-six TurboCharged engine, with around HP.
As for the other features, you can expect:
- M Sports Steering Wheel
- Carbon fiber parts that will make it lightweight
- Detached infotainment display
- Rear-wheel drive platform, and much more.
