Check out the performance and upgrades of the MH2 560

The new G87 M2 will continue BMW’s tradition as the tuning industry’s favourite sports car. The S58 engine and angular bodywork provide the ideal playground for aftermarket tuners. The G87 M2 is not expected to be delivered until April 2023, so until then, tuners can only “play” with it visually. MANHART has offered several renderings using an aggressive aftermarket kit.

The initiative, dubbed MANHART MH2 560, will improve appearance and functionality. The performance technician claims a rise from 453 to 560 horsepower and 406 to 480 lb-ft of torque. A stainless steel exhaust system with valve control and downpipes, with or without a catalytic converter, is paired with the performance boost. In addition, there will be 200-cell HJS catalytic converter and 4 x 100 mm carbon or ceramic-coated tailpipe options for the MANHART OPF-Delete replacement pipes.

Naturally, this also means the time spent behind the wheel will be enhanced. MANHART offers two options for modifying the suspension system. Even the wheels are improved upon. These satin black and gold MANHART Concave Ones are stunning. There are carbon fibre aero flicks in the front and back, as well as a top spoiler, side skirts, and front and rear skirts. Between the two sets of tailpipes is a MANHART carbon diffuser with a single light in the middle.

There will also be a set of black and gold bespoke decals. The base model BMW M2 G87 can be in Alpine White, Zandvoort Blue, Toronto Red, Sapphire Black, or Brooklyn Grey. BMW may offer a specific paint programme in the future, even if there are no BMW Individual colours at launch. To accommodate G87 demand, production has moved from Leipzig, Germany, to San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
