Audi is about to debut their Q8 which is a large, three-row, techno-luxury packed SUV and flagship vehicle. As an answer, BMW is also in the process of developing an X7 SUV that will give Audi a run for its money.
Both SUVs will be their brand’s respective luxury and technology flagship models. They will be packed with the automaker’s best and most latest technologies.
The Audi Q8 will most likely use an electric turbocharger, an active anti-roll bar system and a 48-volt electrical subsystem, powered by a lithium-ion battery in the trunk, which will power the latter two systems.
The BMW X7 on the other hand will be built on BMW’s Cluster Architecture Platform, and mostly the same technology and luxury as the 7 Series.
With these two models coming up, it will be an interesting competition between the good rivals, Audi and BMW.
