The Future of Rolls-Royce Vision Next 100

Check out this video where Rolls’ CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös and Rolls’ chief of design Giles Taylor describes the Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100. Though the car already looks like an epitome of what a future luxury car is, it is actually just one possible option for a unique, personal, customized Rolls-Royce.

This footage was taken from last month’s London launch of the Rolls-Royce Vision Next 100. The experience that BMW cars try to give the driver is something that Rolls-Royce tries to replicate for the passenger. In a design that’s made for extreme luxury from the back seat, this car will cater specifically to the ultra-rich.

Those who buy Rolls-Royce’s often have chauffeurs and will only experience how luxurious the car is as a passenger. Thus, the interior of the Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100 will be a private retreat. It a “Grand Sanctuary” where the passenger will be driven and assisted by “Eleanor”, a virtual assistant. How posh is that?

The exterior is also stunning, with an elegant clam shell canopy and coach door that allows passengers simply to stand up and step out of the car so one always arrives in style.
