The BMW 1M is a very beautiful car, despite the M2 stealing the limelight. IND Distribution highlighted the looks of this particular Valencia Orange 1M by giving it a makeover. A wide range of aerodynamic performance cars were added to make the 1M look even more aggressive.
The BMW 1M is powered by a re-tuned version of the twin-turbocharged N54 engine also used in other models such as the 2011 BMW 335is. The 3.0 liter BMW TwinPower Turbo delivers 340 PS (250 kW) at 5900 rpm and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) torque from 1,500 to 4,500 rpm. Thanks to the overboost feature, total torque reached 369 lb-ft (500 Nm). The only available drivetrain is a six-speed manual gearbox with a limited slip differential.
IND Distribution added a RevoZport carbon fiber hood, aerocatch hood pins, a RevoZport carbon fiber trunk, all complemented by a RevoZport carbon fiber diffuser and a somewhat ricey but cool, RKP ClubSport wing. The lightweight carbon fiber front lip ensures added downforce, giving the vehicle and driver, improved handling, better cornering performance and improved driving dynamics. The IND gloss black front grilles and side grilles, KW Variant 3 coilovers, Toyo R888 tires – sized 265/35/19 front and 295/30/19 rear – matched with a StopTech trophy four wheel brake kit makes this Valencia Orange build unique.
