Check out this drag race between a BMW M6 F12 with the 600 horsepower Competition Package and Porsche 991 GT3 which is rated at 475 hp since it is the Gen 1 991 GT3. The M6 is all stock right down to the stock Pirelli PZero Tires, whereas the GT3 is tuned. The M6 is powered by BMW’s 4.4 liter twin turbo V8. The base M6 is rated at 560 and the Competition Package M6, since 2016, is rated at 600 horsepower, and 516 lb/ft of torque. The Porsche GT3 is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8 Liter Flat 6 which is rated at 475 horsepower, and 324 lb/ft of torque. Even though the two cars are very different, the race is tight. Which one would you rather own?
