[Rendering] Artist’s Vision of the Upcoming BMW X7

Check out this artist’s vision of what the upcoming BMW X7 would look like, just less than a month before its world debut. The smaller X5 SUV was the inspiration for rendering artist Aksyonov Nikita. The proportions are true to a seven seater, but he added a wider track and a high ride height which makes it noticeably larger. The rear of this rendering is very rich with wide rectangular exhaust tips.

Even if the X7 looks heavy, BMW will make sure it is incredibly light for its segment. The use of BMW’s new CLAR (cluster architecture) platform will allow this as it uses extensive carbon fiber, aluminum and magnesium in the components.

The upcoming BMW X7 will be the brand’s largest, most luxurious SUV and be a flagship model for the brand. It will be BMW’s entry to the high-end SUV market; competing with Aston Martin (DBX crossover), Lamborghini (Urus), Rolls-Royce (Cullinan) and Maybach (the G65 4X4-2 Landaulet).
