Two new models will be added to the X Series fleet in 2018. One of these is a compact model targeting the young demographic with an affordable price: the BMW X2. A preview of the BMW X2 was seen in concept form at the September Paris Motor Show. While the truck is currently ongoing road testing in Europe, here is a rendering of the BMW X2 production version.
The rendering above illustrates what the X2 production version will look like. The futuristic headlights of the concept was removed and there was a slight update of the front fascia, with the bumper still looking really aggressive. Overall, it is a toned down version of the concept shown in Paris.
The BMW X2 is targeting a new demographic so it will provide amazing driving dynamics and more space for sporting equipment. It will be powered by BMW turbocharged three and four-cylinder engines.
