Celebrating 40 years of automotive excellence, the BMW M5 enters its seventh generation with a futuristic twist. It combines a high-revving V8 engine with an electric motor for the first time, achieving a formidable 727 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. This electrified drive system propels the car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.
Sporty design elements like prominent wheel arches, a sculptural front apron, and a sleek, body-coloured exterior set the new M5 apart. Inside, the luxurious cabin is outfitted with M-specific features, blending comfort with high-performance aesthetics.
Integrating a 4.4-litre V8 engine with an electric motor, the M HYBRID system offers an impressive electric range and seamless power delivery. It can achieve speeds up to 140 km/h purely on electric power, with a total range of 67-69 kilometres.
Adaptive M suspension, rear-wheel steering, and high-performance brakes ensure exceptional handling and comfort. Standard systems like front collision warning, lane departure warning, and parking assistant provide enhanced driving support with additional safety options.
As a testament to BMW’s commitment to luxury, it features a BMW Curved Display, M-specific controls, and luxurious appointments such as Merino leather trim and a panoramic sunroof. The new BMW M5 will debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July 2024 and is set for a market launch in November 2024.
