Racing on the track requires a lot of preparation on the part of the car and the driver. There will be a lot of performance checks and practice involved. To boost the capabilities of the car, owners who work the track add enhancements as well. There are various aftermarket parts and tuners that make this possible. This BMW M3 is a great example of what a track enhanced vehicle is.
Motion Motorsport has worked with this BMW E46 M3 and enhanced it. It is fitted with a full set of aero parts for racing optimization: a huge rear wing, a carbon fiber front spoiler, and even a full roll bar. It is also given a set of Manbronze finished ADV005 MV.2 CS wheels sized 18×8.5 in the front and 18×10 in the rear. The car is already light but these added features make it even lighter which is perfect for any trackday.
Under the hood, the BMW E46 M3 has a 3.2 liter naturally aspirated engine that delivers 343 PS (252 kW; 338 hp). This propels the 3,415 lb (1,549 kg) car from 0-62 mph in just 5.1 seconds. Top speed is 155 mph (250 km/h) when electronically limited.
What do you think of this track enhanced look?
