In a short time, the BMW M2 informally got the title of “one of the best BMW cars this century”. It’s a great blend of performance and fun, and it gets even better when you see the price. For just a little over $50,000, nobody expects a supercar, but it confidently exceeds the expectations.
One of the most compelling features of any M car is its diversity. You can easily switch from track to city and it will perform perfectly every time. Still, there are always owners who want more. Check out what European Auto Source did this time, upgrading one BMW M2.
This time, the owner wanted his Alpine White M2 to be more focused on the track. He wished for the better handling, but also wanted the comfort to remain intact. How did the EAS achieve that? First, they fitted the APEX EC-7 lightweight rim set. This reduced the unsprung weight. New tires by Hankook Ventus TD ensure better grip around the sharp corners.
The M2 also received a set of Ohlins Road and Track DFT coilovers. There is also a range of M Performance parts, including a rear diffuser, boot lid spoiler, kidney grilles, and carbon fiber mirror caps.
